Spring and Fall Clean-up: Collection and removal of leaves and debris from lawn, landscape and parking areas.

Curbside Leaf Pickup: We professionally remove leaves from curb areas or roadside. We ask that the piles ready for pickup do not have rocks and sticks as this will damage our equipment.

Tree and Shrub Care: our Horticulturist can identify disease and a treatment plan to suit your needs to nurse your trees and shrubs back to health.

Trimming (tree, shrubs and plants): Trim and shape all shrubs and trees, clean up and remove debris.

Mowing (commercial and residential properties): Mowing of all turf areas at 3″ height, string trim around obstacles and blow grass from sidewalks and drive.

Power Edging: Professionally power edge driveways, sidewalks and in front of the home and curbing.

Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control: Deluxe turf care program (Phosphorous Free / Ground Water Friendly): We offer a complete 7 step program that will carry you through a full season with a healthy Lucius lawn. This promotes deeper root growth and provides early spring green up.

Grub Control: Preventative application of broad-spectrum systemic insecticide. Provides control for up to four months or longer. Also controls bill bugs, bluegrass weevil, black turf grass ataenius, mole crickets and chinch bugs.

Core Aeration (SPRING and FALL): Core aeration relieves compaction and allows nutrients and water to pass into root zone. This is also helpful in reducing thatch and stimulating deeper root growth.

Planting: We install plants and foliage, flowers, shrubs and trees as a part of the design process and suggestions based upon what will work best for the planting space.

New Lawn Installation Hydro-seed: We install Hydro-mulch, starter fertilizer and premium turf seed to achieve sod like lawns within 2 years.

Finish Grading: We will bring in topsoil, level and grade turf areas for new lawn installations or leveling out areas for proper drainage away from home and structures.

Insect Control: Insect control for all your seasons needs outside your home for a insect free environment.

Mosquito Control: Mosquito control for the season or per special event.

Drainage Systems: Collection and management of surface water and downspout water.

Retaining Walls: We rebuild, redesign and design new builds with proper drainage “built to last”. Choice of block, treated timber and boulders.

Brick Walk Ways, Patios and Drives: Creative design giving your space a unique, beautiful and fun shape unique to your personality.

Gravel Driveway Installation/Repair: We can install product to your choosing in your driveway(s). We also repair and grade leveling out all uneven areas from washouts and ruts.

Low Voltage Lighting: We can design and install all your outdoor lighting needs to showcase your beautiful outdoor oasis.

Artificial Turf: We install no-maintenance artificial turf, great for difficult to get to areas, pools, high traffic areas, and putting greens.
